光周期诱导对红小豆不同叶龄叶片生理生化特性的影响

Effects of the Photoperiodic Inducing on Physiological and Biochemical Characteristics in Different Leaves Ages of Adzuki Bean

摘要: 通过光周期诱导的方法,对中晚熟红小豆品种冀红4号红小豆不同叶龄叶片进行处理,结果表明:所有叶龄(LF)处理下硝酸还原酶(NR)活性基本高于自然光(CK)处理而低于连续短日照(SD)处理;随着叶龄增大,各处理游离氨基酸总量均呈下降趋势,但光周期诱导可提高游离氨基酸含量,不同叶龄表现有所差异,与SD处理交替上升;诱导可降低可溶性糖的含量,并连续诱导出现累积效应;2LF是光周期诱导可溶性蛋白变化最敏感的时期,从这个时期起单个叶龄诱导可降低可溶性蛋白含量,但连续诱导却可提高;LF处理下类胡萝素总体含量高于另2个处理,而LF处理下叶绿素含量仅在3叶龄前高于CK,随后出现下降趋势。

Abstract: This research take late-maturing variety adzuki bean Jihong-4 as the experiment material,with the photoperiodic induced in different leaf ages treatment,the results showed that the activity of NR(nitrate reductase)under LF(leaf age)treatment was higher than CK(natural light)treatment on the whole,and was lower than SD(continuous short daylength)treatment;The content of the dissociation amino acid under these three treatments showed a descend trend along with the leaf ages accretion,but the photoperiodic inducing could be increasing the content of dissociation amino acid,different leaf ages leaves showed some difference,and alternating rise with SD treatment;Photoperiodic inducing could reduce the content of soluble sugar,and continuous inducement showed a accumulation effects;2LF treatment was the most sensitivity stage for soluble protein under photoperiodic inducing,from this stage,each leaf inducement can be reducing the content soluble protein,but the continuous inducement treatment reducing rising it.The content of Car(caroternoid)was higher than the other two treatments on the whole,but the content of Chl(chlorophyll)of LF treatment only higher than the CK treatment before 3LF,and reduce subsequently.
