温度对哲罗鲑幼鱼生长的影响研究

摘要: 通过循环控温水族箱试验,研究了哲罗鲑幼鱼在不同温度下的生长特性及规律。结果表明,温度对哲罗鲑幼鱼体长生长率、体重增长率和存活率存在显著差异。哲罗鲑幼鱼生长的最适温度范围为15~18℃,上限温度为24℃。Quadratic和Boltzmann模型能很好估计不同温度下的哲罗鲑幼鱼的体长和体重生长过程,可以用来估计哲罗鲑的养殖产量。不同温度养殖条件下,投喂人工饲料的哲罗鱼幼鱼的肥满度,接近于以无脊椎动物为主要食物的肥满度,说明用于本试验的人工饲料的营养配比基本满足幼鱼的营养需求。

Abstract: The growth characteristics of Hucho taimen juveniles were studied at different temperatures by aquarium.The results showed that the instantaneous growth rate was significantly affected by the different water temperatures.The most suitable tempearture range was 15-18℃,and upper temperatures was 24℃.As the results also express as curve regression,the optimum model of body length growth was Quadratic(R20.98),and that of the body weight growth was Cubic(R20.98).The growth model was competent to estimate the culture production.The artificial feed can be used to rear the fish as the main food,and the condition factor of fish fed on formulated feed was close to that of fish fed on Limnodrilus and Copepoda.
