亚急性瘤胃酸中毒诊断方法研究进展

Research Progress on Diagnosis of Subacute Ruminal Acidosis

摘要: 过食大量谷物日粮或易发酵碳水化合物后易发生亚急性瘤胃酸中毒(SARA),它是反刍动物在生产上面临的一个重要问题。大量研究表明:患SARA的奶牛生产性能降低,淘汰率提高,严重影响养殖效益。目前,牛场通常使用瘤胃穿刺术并结合牛群的临床症状来诊断SARA的发生,除此之外,还有很多其他可行的方法也可用来共同诊断SARA的发生,笔者综述了通过反刍动物患SARA时的临床症状以及瘤胃、血液中相关指标共同诊断SARA的发生,并对这些方法的可行性进行了分析。

Abstract: Consumption of diets containing large quantity of grain or fermentable carbohydrates tends to increase the risk of subacute ruminal acidosis(SARA),which is a common and economically important problem in production.Herds suffered from SARA have low performance but increase the culling rate,which severely influenced the benefits of feeding.Nowadays,rumen puncture and clinical signs of SARA are often used as a method for diagnosising SARA on farm,besides,other useful methods can also be used.This study provides a review of the main signs associated with SARA and the indicators from rumen liquid and blood to diagnosis of SARA and the problems of each method have also been described.
