益生菌对泌乳后期奶牛生产性能的影响

Effects of Probiotics on Performance of Late Lactation Dairy Cows

摘要: 本试验旨在研究酵母菌、纳豆芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌对泌乳后期奶牛生产性能的影响。选取48头体重、胎次、泌乳天数和产奶量均相似的泌乳后期中国荷斯坦奶牛,随机分为对照组、酵母组、乳酸组和纳豆芽孢杆菌组,分别添加不同的益生菌。预试期2周,正式期7周。结果表明:乳酸菌和纳豆芽孢杆菌显著提高了泌乳后期奶牛产奶量(P<;0.05),其中乳酸菌提高的幅度最大,明显改善乳品质;酵母菌对泌乳后期奶牛产奶量和乳成分无显著影响(P>;0.05)。添加乳酸菌、纳豆芽孢杆菌和酵母菌显著降低了牛奶电导率(P<;0.05),有降低体细胞数趋势,但差异不显著(P>;0.05)。

Abstract: This study investigated the effect of supplementation with probiotics on performance of late lactationdairy cows. 48 cows with similar Body weight, party, milk production and days in milk ( DIM) were allocated randomly to 4 treatments. Ttreatments consisted of control ( no supplemental probiotics) , YC ( control diet plus yeast(15 g /d) ) , LC ( control diet plus lactic acid bacteria (1 g /d) ) , and NT ( control diet plus bacillus subtilis natto(1 g /d) ) . The feeding trial lasted for 9 weeks: 2 weeks of diet adaptation and 7 weeks of experimental period. Theresults showed that different probiotics have different effects on milk yield and milk composition. Milk productionwas greater ( P < 0. 05) for late lactation dairy cows supplemented with LC and NT than for those on YC and controltreatments, milk quality was significantly improved by treatments LC and NT. Treatment YC had no effect on Milkproduction and quality were not effected significantly by yeast supplementation. Electrical conductivity was decreasedsignificantly by probiotics supplementation (P < 0. 05) . Somatic cell counts tended to be decreased (P > 0. 05) .
