复合益生菌发酵固体饲料条件研究

Studies on Fermentation Conditions of Solid Feed with Composite Probiotics

摘要: 研究了由面包酵母、嗜酸乳杆菌和植物乳杆菌组成菌系发酵高纤维固体饲料的发酵条件,对在最佳条件下的发酵饲料进行了育肥猪饲喂试验。确定的最佳发酵条件为:3种微生物的菌量配比为1:0.35:0.35,固体物料起始pH值7.0,接种量3%,物料初始含水量50%,环境温度30℃,发酵周期72h。在最佳发酵条件下,固体饲料中面包酵母菌、嗜酸乳杆菌和植物乳杆菌的活菌数量分别为5.67×107,1.31×109,8.06×108cfu⁄g,比市售菌剂发酵启动迅速,pH值下降快,发酵饲料酸香味浓郁,适口性强;用15%发酵饲料代替等量全价饲料饲喂育肥猪30d,增重无显著性差异,试验猪只精神状态好,粪便成型,毛发光亮。

Abstract: The high nemaline feed solid fermentation conditions with Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Lactobacillus acidophilus and Lactobacillus plautarum as fermentation starter were studied and the feeding experenment were carried out nn fattening pigs also. The optimum fermented condition were as follows:the ratio of Saccharomyces cerevisiae Lactobacillus acadophalus and Lactobacillus plautarum was 1:0.35:0.35,the feed initial pH 7.0,the inoculation proportion 3 %,initial water content 50%,environmental temperature 30℃ and fermentation period 72 h. Viable count of three kind of microorganisms in fermented feed prepared in optimum condionts were 1.31×109,8.06×108,5.67× 10'cfu/g respectively. Compared with other commercial fermentation starters the starter fermentates faster,pH decreased quicker,and the flavor, palatability of the fermented feed were obviously improved. Feeding fattening pigs with full nutrition feed which contain 15 % the fermented feed for 30 days, the results shown that the daily gain of the pigs were not significance ( P>0.05 ),and the experiment pigs shown better situation in psychosis,dung molding and fur lighter.
