摘要: 对无性繁殖蔬菜资源圃保存的192份大蒜种质的8个鳞茎产量构成数量性状(鳞茎高、鳞茎直径、鳞茎重、鳞芽高、鳞芽背宽、鳞芽数、鳞茎盘厚、鳞茎盘直径)进行了观测、统计分析和分类研究。结果表明:8个数量性状均存在较大变异;依据频次分布和5级分组的惯例,提出了各个性状相应的分级标准;相关分析表明,鳞茎单产与除鳞芽背宽之外的其他7个性状显著相关,其中与鳞茎重和鳞茎直径相关系数最大,相关系数分别为0.983 77和0.726 9;主成分分析表明,与产量相关的前3个主成分累积贡献率达74.84%,在第一主成分的特征向量中,以鳞茎重最大、鳞茎直径次之,再次是鳞茎高和鳞芽数;不同种质鳞茎产量差异显著,结合主坐标分析结果,可将参试资源分为高、较高、中、较低、低、极低6个产量级别,并筛选到单产在15 t/hm2以上的资源3份。

Abstract: A total of 192 accessions of garlic from different areas in China were evaluated on 8 main quantity morphological characters(Bulb high,bulb diameter,bulb weight,clove high,clove back width,clove number,shortened stem height,and shortened stem diameter)which attribute to bulb yield.Based on basic statistic,principal components analysis,relative and principal coordinates analysis,the results showed that the garlic clones from China had a widely diversity among all 8 characters.The bulb weight showed a widest diversity following with clove high and clove number;principal components analysis showed the cumulative proportion of first three components was up to 74.83%,three characters(bulb weight,bulb diameter and clove number) were included in the first components which could be most important traits affecting the bulb yield;relative analysis suggested that bulb yield was significantly relative with seven of eight characteristics except clove back width,and highly relative with bulb diameter with the relative coefficient of 0.726 9.We divided all garlic clones into 6 categories(highest,higher,middle,lower,low,and lowest) according to the yield and the analysis of principal coordinates.Besides,we selected out three accessions with yield above 15×103kg/ha.
