紫花苜蓿在林地、坡地及大田苗期生长情况的比较研究

Research on Comparison of Alfalfa Growth Situation in Woodland,Sloping Field and Farmland in Its Young Seedling Periods

摘要: 为了解紫花苜蓿在不同生境下形态及生理的变化特点,便于指导种植,以发挥其最大的社会和经济效益,特进行比较试验研究。选取堤坝坡地、速生杨树林地和农用大田作为不同生境进行苜蓿种植试验,定期检测不同生境苜蓿形态及生理指标。结果表明:大田苜蓿单棵生物量最大,茎叶生长远大于根系生长,二者不具相关性,叶展相对大,叶绿素总量相对低;坡地苜蓿单棵生物量较小,茎叶与根系相关性高于大田,但不具显著性;林地苜蓿单棵生物量相对最小,茎叶与根系相关性极显著,叶绿素总量与坡地苜蓿类似,远高于大田苜蓿,且叶绿素b含量相对高,另外,坡地和林地苜蓿SOD活性稍低于大田苜蓿,但POD活性远高于大田苜蓿。结论:根据苜蓿不同生境下的生长特点,在荒山坡地及遗弃林地采用果、林、草复合模式,并适当密植苜蓿,可产生可观的生态及经济效益。

Abstract: In order to know the morphology and physiology mutative traits of alfalfa in different growth circumstance,and convenient for instructing the alfalfa planting and exerting its most social and economic benefit,so the test on comparison set up especially.Holding the sloping field of dyke,woodland of fast growth white poplar and farmland by way of different growth circumstance,then plant the alfalfa and measure several indexes of configuration and physiology in definite time.Results:single biomass in farmland is the most,there is no relativity between the root and the stick and leaf,leaf area is relatively bigger,the gross of chlorophyII is relatively lower;single biomass in sloping field is fewer than in farmland,the relativity between the root and the stick and leaf is stronger than in farmland,but no markedness;single biomass in woodland is the least,the relativity between the root and the stick and leaf is the most marked,the gross of chlorophyII is resemble with the sloping field and more than the farmland,and that the chlorophyII b is relatively higher,in addition,the activity of SOD in sloping field and woodland is slightly lower than in farmland,but the POD activity is more higher than in farmland.Conclusion:according to the alfalfa growth traits in different circumstance,the compound pattern of planting the fruiter,woods and grazing in sloping field of desolation mountain and lie waste woods is adopted and the alfalfa is planted in dense logically,considerable zoology and economic benefit could be exerted.
