菜薹种质资源亲缘关系的RAPD分析

Genetic Relationship Analysis of Flowering Chinese Cabbage Germplasm Resources by RAPD

摘要: 利用RAPD标记对31份菜薹种质资源进行亲缘关系分析。15条引物共扩增出66条谱带,其中多态性谱带43条,多态性谱带比率为65.15%,平均多样性指数为0.302 2。菜薹种质间遗传距离为0.046 5~0.526 1,遗传相似系数为0.590 9~0.954 5。UPGMA聚类结果表明,在遗传相似系数为0.74处,将31份菜薹种质分为四大类,与传统分类结果相比,有一致性但也存在差异。

Abstract: In this study,RAPD markers were used to analyze genetic relationships of 31 flowering Chinese cabbage accessions.Fifteen primers with excellent reproducibility and 66 bands were obtained totally,43 of these were polymorphism bands,and the polymorphism rate was 65.15%.The genetic distance of flowering Chinese cabbage germplasm resources were between 0.046 5 and 0.526 1,and the genetic similarity coefficients were between 0.590 9 and 0.954 5.The systematical cluster analysis conducted with UPGMA showed that 31 accessions were grouped into 4 clusters at coefficients 0.74.There were differences compared with traditional classification.
