摘要: 为了提高苜蓿的抗旱性,采用室内盆栽法,人工模拟干旱胁迫条件下,对俄罗斯引进的3份胶质苜蓿的内源激素和解剖结构进行研究。结果表明,干旱胁迫下供试种质叶片ABA、IAA含量均有不同程度的上升,GA3和ZR的含量均呈下降趋势,且不同种质间表现出显著性差异(P<0.05),干旱胁迫下4种内源激素的协调总趋势是向着气孔关闭、促进根系发展的方向进行;同时对3份胶质苜蓿种质叶片解剖结构研究表明,供试种质在叶片厚度、栅栏组织厚度、海绵组织厚度、栅栏组织与海绵组织的厚度比等方面表现出显著性差异(P<0.05),以ZXY06P-2533叶片厚度、栅栏组织厚度、栅栏组织与海绵组织厚度的比值、叶片结构紧密度和叶脉突起度等值均为最大。试验得出3份种质抗旱性强弱顺序为:ZXY06P-2533>ZXY06P-2658>ZXY06P-2636。

Abstract: The endogenesis ho rmones and anatom ica l structures o f 3Medicago glutinosa from Russia. w ere stud-i ed under drought stress in green house. And the resu lts show ed that under drought stress the content o fABA and IAA in the leaves of testedmaterials increased and the content ofGA3 and ZR decreased at different exten,t And therewere significant difference in tested materia ls. Meanw hile the anatom ical structures of tested materia ls w ere observed and analyzed, and therew ere significant d ifference o f leaf th ickness, stockade tissue thickness, sponge tissue thickness, and the rat io o f stockade tissue thickness and sponge t issue thickness(P < 0. 05), ZXY06P-2533 had the b iggest value in above parameters. The drought resistance o f tested materials w as as fo llow ing: ZXY06P-2533 > ZXY06P-2658 > ZXY06P-2636.
