摘要: 为治理城市排污河道沉积物中Pb、Cd-有机物复合污染,在对沉积物底泥合理疏浚的基础上,利用栽培试验研究了黑麦草对受污染河道底泥中复合污染的修复情况。试验结果表明,底泥中的重金属Pb,Cd都超过了世界土壤背景值,原泥中Pb主要以结合态形式存在,其中碳酸盐结合态最低,为15.70 mg/kg,铁锰结合态最多,为53.89 mg/kg,有机结合态居中,为37.02 mg/kg,其余均以残渣态形式存在,Pb总量高达296.64 mg/kg;而Cd总量为5.82 mg/kg,其余形态含量均未检测出。种植黑麦草后,植物地下部分Pb含量高达254.69 mg/kg,是地上部分的2.9倍;黑麦草地下部分的Cd含量为2.39 mg/kg,是地上部分的1.9倍。黑麦草改善了受污染底泥的颗粒特性,对修复重金属Pb,Cd-有机物污染效果良好。

Abstract: In order to solve the problemof polluted sewage river of heavy metal(Pb and Cd)2organic contamination,planting experiment was conducted to study phytoremediation of Lolium perenne to heavy metal(Pb and Cd)2organic con2taminated sewage river sediment. Results showed the amount of heavy metal2Pb and Cd was larger than soil backgroundvalue of the whole world. The accumulated amounts of Pb were largely existed as a form of integrated state in the totalamount of 296164 mg/kg,in which the highest amount of form of Pb in sewage river sediment was the state of integratedFe2Mn,about 53189 mg/kg,the organic state of the amount,37102 mg/kg,the lowest one was carbonated state of thenumber of 15170 mg/kg,and others were residue state. While the total number of Cd was 5182 mg/kg,and there were noother forms in it. The amount of Pb in the root of Lolium perenne harvested was 254. 69 mg/kg,the same to 2. 9 times ofthe one of the shoot,comparatively;The number of Cd in the root was 2. 39 mg/kg,the same to 1. 9 times of the one ofthe shoot. The plant had different accumulation capacity to different metals,which depended on the amount of differentforms of Pb and Cd.All this proved Lolium perenne L was a kind of fit plant for phytoremediation of Pb,Cd2organic con2taminants.
