Effects of Different Nitrogen Application Levels on Growth and Quality of Taraxacum Mongolicum

摘要: 以蒲公英为材料,研究了氮肥施用量对其生长及品质、产量的影响。结果表明:不同施氮水平对蒲公英净光合速率、叶片中叶绿素、硝酸盐、绿原酸、可溶性蛋白的含量和产量均有显著影响。随着施氮量的增加,叶片中叶绿素、硝酸盐、绿原酸和可溶性蛋白含量增加,叶面积和单株产量先升高后降低,粗纤维含量先降低后升高。与其他处理相比,施氮量为每 kg 基质0.250g 氮,即每生产1kg 鲜商品蒲公英施入4.4g 氮的处理下,蒲公英具有最高的单株叶面积、单株产量和硝酸还原酶(NR)活性,最低的粗纤维含量,硝酸盐含量较低,同时绿原酸、VC 和可溶性蛋白的含量也比较高。

Abstract: Under different nitrogen levels, growth, quality and yield of Taraxacum mongolicum were studied. The results indicated that there were significant differences in net photosynthetic rate, contents of chlorophyll, nitrate, chlorogenic acid, soluble protein and yield among different nitrogen levels treatments. with he increase of nitrogen levels, net photosynthetic rate, contents of chlorophyll, nitrate, chlorogenic acid and soluble protein increased, leaf area and yield per plant increased until nitrogen level reached 0.250 g/kg and then decreased, but contents of crude-fibre changed oppositly. Under nitrogen level 0.250g/kg medium, as well as producing lkg commodity fresh weight needed 4.4g nitrogen, leaf area, yield per plantand activity of NR were the highest among the four treatments, crude-fibre content was the lowest, nitrate contentwas lower, while the contents of chlorogenic acid, Vc and soluble protein were higher.
