摘要： 经过10多年对同源四倍体高粱用系统选择和配制杂交种的方法,大大提高了四倍体的结实率,而且改善了同源四倍体的细胞学行为。同时,通过四倍体种间杂交,获得了高粱种间远源杂交种和强大的杂种优势,实现了四倍体的三系配套。

Abstract: The fertilizer rate of autotetraploid sorghum was improved by selection through more than 10 years, and by intraspecific hybridization and interspecfic hybridization. The interspecfic hybrid has great superiority. This result indicated that the characters of autotertraploid can be im-proved by proper method and had the possibility of direct utilization in the crop improvement.
