不同水分条件下棉花主茎功能叶叶柄茎流速率的日变化规律

The Diurnal Variation Law of Cotton's Main Stem Sap Velocity at Different Moisture Levels

摘要: 利用以色列Eldar2 Shany Techno logies公司最新设计生产的Galilieo-LPS-05MD植物生理监控系统对盆栽棉花的小生态环境以及主茎功能叶(倒四叶)叶柄的茎流速率进行全天候监测。通过对主茎叶片叶柄的茎流速率日变化进行分析,结果表明:不同水分条件下的主茎叶叶柄茎流速率日变化规律发生变化。高水分条件下高峰期和低谷期出现较早,中、低水分条件下高峰期和低谷期出现较晚。不同水分条件下不同环境因子对茎流速率的影响不一样。高水分条件下土壤温度(ST)和大气相对湿度(RHS)与茎流速率分别存在极显著和显著相关关系;中水分条件下则是空气湿度(AT)和大气相对湿度(RHS)与茎流速率存在显著相关关系;低水分条件下只是光辐射强度(TIR)与茎流速率存在显著相关关系。

Abstract: The latest Galilieo-LPS plant physiology monitoring system was adopted to monitor continuously the specific eco-environment and the main stem petiole sap velocity in the cotton. The results from the analysis of the sap velocity are as follows:The diurnal variation rhythm of the main stem petiole sap velocity changed under differ- ent moisture conditions. Peak period and trough period under high moisture conditions appeared earlier than that un- der middle and low moisture conditions. The stem sap velocity was influenced by different environmental factors un- der different moisture conditions. The soil temperature (ST)and relative humidity( RHS)were respectively very sig- nificantly and significantly correlated with the stem sap velocity under high moisture conditions. Air humidity (AT) and relative humidity sensor( RHS)were both significantly correlated with the stem sap velocity under middle mois- ture conditions. But under low moisture conditions,only total radiosity (TIR)showed significant correlation with the stem sap velocity.
