重金属Cd对两个马铃薯品种生长发育的影响

摘要: 以马铃薯克新1号与费乌瑞它为参试材料,采用盆栽试验,研究不同浓度Cd胁迫对马铃薯两个品种生长发育的影响。结果表明:当Cd处理浓度提高时,植株毒害程度加大,生长明显受到抑制。低浓度(10 mg/kg) Cd胁迫促进费乌瑞它植株的生长,而高浓度重金属Cd(50 mg/kg) 胁迫对两个品种的生长均有抑制作用。轻度Cd(10mg/kg) 与重度Cd(50 mg/kg) 胁迫下,马铃薯单株产量及叶片、地上茎、块茎、根系干质量均显著下降。Cd对植株各器官毒害程度由高到低分别为根系>块茎>叶片>地上茎。克新1号抗Cd能力优于费乌瑞它。

Abstract: Effects of cadmium on growth and development of two potato varieties, Kexin No. 1 and Favorite were studied by pot experiments. The results showed that: the toxicity of Cd was increased with the increment of Cd concentration and the plant growth was significantly inhibited. The plant height of Favorite was promoted at Cd concentration of 10 mg/kg. However, the plant height of two varieties was inhibited at Cd concentration of 50 mg/kg. The yield per plant, leaf dry weight, stem dry weight, tuber dry weight, root dry weight were declined under Cd stress. For both varieties, Cd toxicity to different organs ordered: root>tuber>leaf>stem. The resistance of Kexin No. 1 to Cd was better than that of Favorite.
