B96-II对3种枯萎病的防治效果及拮抗物质初步分析

Inhibition Effects of Antagonist Stain B96-Ⅱ to Different Fusarium Wilt and Its Main Inhibiting Substance

摘要: 枯萎病拮抗菌B96-II(Bacillussp)自沤肥浸渍液中分离筛选获得。进一步试验证明,该菌对黄瓜枯萎病菌、西瓜枯萎病菌、青椒枯萎病菌等有明显抑制效果。可观察到的抑菌现象有:对孢子的溶解作用;对孢子壁的破坏作用;对芽管的生长抑制和对菌丝致畸等作用,对上述3种病菌孢子萌发抑制率为56.2%,57.3%,54.7%,对芽管的抑制率分别为88.5%,87.5%,79.5%。拮抗物质之一是几丁质酶。

Abstract: A antagonistic strain of Bacillus sp(B96-II) against Fusarium wilt was isolated from compost extract.Further tests proved that the B96-II could effectively inhibit the development of 3 Fusarium wilts in cucumber,water melon,paprika,etc.The phenomena of conidia lysogenesis,conidia wall destruction,inhibition,and deformation of hyphal growth were observed.The inhibition rates of conidia germination of the above mentioned pathogens were 56.2%,57.3%,and 54.7%,and the inhibition rates of germination tube growth were 88.5%,87.5%,and 79.5%.Chitinase was detected as one of the main inhibiting substances.
