野生稻DNA导入栽培品种获得变异后代的抗病性分析

Resistance to Blast Disease Analysis of Cultivated Rice Obtained from Introduced DNA from Wide Rice

摘要: 利用花粉管通道导入技术将普通野生稻(AA染色体组)DNA导入宁夏水稻栽培品种宁粳23号、宁粳16号中,获得163个变异后代,变异性状极其广泛,对其中22份材料在全生育期经苗期、成株期抗病性鉴定,表现广谱抗性材料有4份,其中2005D3-136,2005D3-60无论在农艺性状还是在抗病性上变异都优于受体。

Abstract: The genomic DNA of wide rice was introduced into the Ningxia cultivated rice(NX23,NX16)by pollen tube pathway technique.New germplasm of resistance improment and 163 mutant with obviously change of morphology were obtained.Resistance to blast disease of 22 materias were idetified in all growth phrases.4 materias are widely resistance.Tow of them(2005D3-136,2005D3-60)super to their received materias in agriculture morphology and resistance.
