摘要: 在我国水资源危机日趋严重,土壤重金属镉污染面积不断扩大的情况下,针对抗旱、抗寒能力强,生物量大、经济实用价值高的紫花苜蓿,进行了重金属镉、锌的抗性试验研究。研究重点是重金属Cd2+,Zn2+对紫花苜蓿种 萌发及幼苗生长的影响,结果表明:低浓度的Cd2+,Zn2+处理液对种子的萌发和幼苗的生长具有激活效应,高浓度 的Cd2+,Zn2+处理液抑制种子的萌发和幼苗的生长;且对根的作用大于对芽的作用;而混和处理液对种子的影响大于单一离子的影响。

Abstract: In our country, water crisis is increasingly serious and the pollution eara of soil heavy metal Cadmium expands continuously. Under this situation, my dissertation studys alfalfa which has good economic value and strong drought and cold resistance. Effect of Cd2+,Zn2+on seed-percentage, growth of root and plumule from medicago sativa was studied. The results showed that Cd2+,Zn2+of lower concentration could raise germination precentage with viability and index of seed vigor, promote plumule growth. It has been indicated by the experiment that high concentration Cd2+,Zn2+ could reduce gernination perentage with viability and index of seed their vigor. In the meantime, Cd2+,Zn2+ exhibited more inhibition on root growth than on plumule. Effect of combined treatment is bigger than Cd2+ treatment or Zn2+ treatment.
