Study on in vitro Screening of Resistant to Blast Using Crude-toxin in Rice

摘要: 以稻瘟病菌粗毒素提取液作为抗性筛选的选择压,对水稻体细胞系和花药及其愈伤组织进行抗病筛选.结果表明,毒素对体细胞和花药愈伤组织的诱导和植株再生有着明显的抑制作用,抑制程度随浓度的增加而增大.经过滤灭菌的粗毒素的毒性大于高压灭菌的毒性,花药的抑制程度大于种子胚愈伤组织,花药筛选系统的适宜毒素浓度低于体细胞筛选系统的毒素浓度.粗毒素液可以作为抗病筛选的选择压.

Abstract: Rice callus of eembryo-bud and pollen were screened for blast-resistance in vitro under selection pressure of crude toxin.The result indicated that the crude toxin evidently inhibit the callus from eembryo-bud and pollen cultured,dif ferentiation in vitro.As the increasing of the crude toxin concentration,the inhibiting getting enhanced.Toxicity of sterilization filtration method was higher than high pressure steam filtration method.Inhibiting of pollen higher than that of eembryo-bud in crude toxin,and crude toxin concentration for screen pollen strains with resistance to blast was lower than that of screen somatic cell strains with resistance of blast.Crude toxin can be used selection pressure for selection of rice plant with resistance blast.
