中国小豆种质资源核心样品的初步建立

摘要: 基于地理区划、农艺性状鉴定和营养品质分析资料,通过离差平方和法聚类,采用系统取样和随机取样相结合,从 394 6份小豆种质资源中选取 4 0 8份种质作为核心样品,并经多样性指数和数值性状的t测验以及核心种质与全部种质的性状极值、标准差和变异系数的比较,初步证明已构建的核心样品具有良好的代表性

Abstract: Based on agroecological characterization,evaluation and grain quality analysis data,a core collection comprising 408 acxeessions from 3946 Chinese adzuki bean(vigna angularis(Wild) Ohwi&Ohashi)gennplasm was developed by using sampling strategies combined stratification with random and cluster analysis by Wards methods.After the T-test of Shannon diversity index and qualitative characters and the comparison of the character value of maximum /minimum,standard deviation and coefficient of variation of core collection with those of whole collection, the core collection could well represent the genetic diversity of the whole collection.
