摘要: 研究了3种不同VA菌根真菌对盆栽马铃薯植株生长发育的影响。结果表明,在灭菌土壤中,分别接种3种VA菌根真菌,对马铃薯苗根部都能发生侵染,但不同菌根真菌的侵染能力有差异,其中Glomus mosseae菌根真菌显著地提高了马铃薯的植株鲜、干重,块茎结实数和产量,并显著促进对磷素和氮素的吸收。

Abstract: The effects of three types of VA mycorrhizal fungi on the growth of potatoes in pot cultures was studied in this paper.The results showed that three types of vesicular arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi were able to infect root hairs of potato plant in sterilized soil,but infect rates were different,among of them, Glomus mossea was able to distinctly increase the plant height,fresh weight,dry weight,number of corms,and promote the absorption rates of nitrogen and phosphorus.
