摘要: 根据不同基因型甘薯茎尖分生组织在不同激素水平的生长反应,将4个河南主栽甘薯品种分为3类:激素不敏感易成苗型、激素敏感易成苗型和激素不敏感难成苗型。光照时数不是甘薯茎尖培养成苗的限制因素,以不低于14h/d为好。

关键词: 甘薯, 茎尖分生组织, 脱毒培养, 激素, 光照时数

Abstract: According to the reaction of various genotypes of sweet potato in different phytohormone levels, the four sweet potato varieties, which are mainly cultured in Henan province, are classified to three types: insensitive to phytohormone and easy to form plantlet, sensitive to phytohormone and easy to form plantlet and insensitive to phytohormone and difficult to form plantlet. Illuminative hours isn't the limited factor of plantlet formation to sweet potato shoot tip culture, it is better not to below the 14 hr/d.
