摘要: 穗蚜是麦蚜对小麦产量影响的主要因素。穗平均蚜量的多寡却不能反映小麦品种的抗性水平。通过5年的研究,发现小麦千粒重的损失率能够较客观地反映小麦的抗蚜水平,可作为抗蚜育种的一个抗性指标,其技术稳定可靠,适用于一般育种工作者。

关键词: 冬小麦, 蚜虫, 抗性鉴定

Abstract: Of the wheat aphide, the ear aphid is the main factor that affects the output of wheat.However, the average number of ear aphides does not reflect the resistant level of the wheat variety.It was found through a 5-year study that the loss of 1000-kernel weight of wheat might reflect the resisiatant level of wheat to aphides, and could be used as a resistance index in wheat breeding for resistance to aphides.This technique is stable and reliable and is applicable to general breeding work.
