陆地棉品种间杂交种杂29高产抗逆的生理生化机理研究

Studies on Physiology and Biochemistry echanism of Highyield and Stressresistance of Upland Cotton Intervarietal Hybrid

摘要: 对杂交棉杂29一代、杂29二代及其亲本的净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、超氧化物歧化酶活性、过氧化物酶活性和丙二醛含量进行了研究。结果表明,杂29一代、二代的净光合速率和蒸腾速率具有超亲优势,气孔导度在杂29一代为超亲优势,在杂29二代为中亲正优势。在杂29一代,超氧化物歧化酶活性为超亲优势,过氧化物酶活性为中亲正优势,丙二醛含量为中亲负优势。

Abstract: The net photosynthetic rate(NPR),stomatal conductance,transpiration rate(TR),SOD activity,POD activity and MDA content were studied for cotton hybrid.The results showed that there were positive superparent heterosis for NPR and TR of F,and Fz,and for SC and SOD activity of F,and positive midparent heterosis for SC of F and POD activity of F,but negative midparent heterosis for MDA content of F.
