摘要: 在对棉叶螨抗性性状(受害级)进行双列杂交分析中,经配合力分析和遗传效应分析表明,加性效应和显性效应对抗性表现的影响均显著。相对来说,加性效应更为重要。基因的分布是不对称的,显性基因多于隐性基因。显性基因是受害级性状的减效基因,隐性基因是增效基因。该性状的狭义遗传力N~2-88.20%。

Abstract: This article studied on a resistant trait(plant damage degree)of upland cotton(G.hirsutum)to spidermites by diallel analysis.Results of combining ability and genetic effect analysis showed that both additive and dominant genetic effects were important to spidermites,and theadditive effects were even more important than the dominant ones.Gene distribution was out ofbalance.Dominant genes were more than recessive ones.It is suggested that the dominant geneshad negative effeets on plant damage degrees,and that the recessive genes had positive effects.The narrow heritability determined in this test was 88.
