水分亏缺条件下冬小麦几个抗旱性状的应用价值

Use Value of Some Characters Concerning Drought Resistance in Winter Wheat Under Water Stress

摘要: 在盆栽水分亏缺条件下,以15个抗旱性不同的冬小麦品种(系)为材料,对其8个抗旱性状的应用价值进行了研究。结果表明,通过乳熟期旗叶气孔阻力和蒸腾速率、两种用水效率(分别用干重和粒重表示)对单株粒重进行选择,其效率比通过3个农艺性状(单株干重、株高、顶部3叶总面积)的要低得多,说明前者在抗旱育种中的应用价值不大。

Abstract: Under water stress in pot culture, use value of eight characters concerning drought resistance on fifteen winter wheat varieties (lines) with different drought resistance were studied.The analysis results showed that selection efficiency for grain weight per plant through four physiological characters-the stomatal diffusion resistance and the rates of evaporation of flag leaf in milk stage, two kinds of water use efficiency (calculated by grain weight or dry matter weight) were much lower than that through three agronomical characters-dry matter weight per plant, plant height, total area of upper three leaves.This indicated that they had less use value in breeding for drought resistance.
