不同激素配比对番茄叶片外植体分化的影响

摘要: 培养基是调控番茄叶片外植体分化途径的一个重要因素,用不同激素配比的培养基比较其对番茄叶片外植体分化的影响,结果是在MS基本培养基中附加BA和IAA,外植体主要向叶、芽原基方向分化;附加KT和NAA,则有利于根原基的形成;附加BA和NAA,外植体形成丰满的愈伤组织。此外还比较了13种番茄基因型的叶片外植体分化能力的强弱。

Abstract: The culture medium is the principal factor controlling the induction and development of tomato leaf explants,several culture media which contain different kinds and levels of hormones give rise to influence on the differentiation of tomato explants.MS medium with BA and IAA induces the leaf and shoot primordia;with KT and NAA induces root primordia;with BA and NAA induces full grown calli.In addition,the differential ability of leaf explants among 13 tomato genotypes have been compared.
