摘要： 本文对河北省海岸带土壤开发利用的指导思想是:因地制宜,发挥优势,克服障碍,通过综合措施,争取最佳效益.并据此提出了四项基本原则:①多层次地利用土壤资源,提高开发利用的综合性和总体性;②多方面地满足市场需求;③多变化地适应土壤环境,增进生产建设的稳定性和抗逆力;④多途径地改善土壤条件,不断提高土壤肥力和生产力.对河北省海岸带开发利用进行了土壤区划,划分出:①山海关—滦河口棕壤、潮土、风沙土林果农渔旅游区;②滦河口—涧河口潮土、水稻土、盐土农牧渔盐区;③北排河—大口河潮土、沼泽土、盐土旱地农业牧渔盐区.分区提出了开发利用途径和主要措施.

Abstract: The guiding ideas of soil exploitation and utilization in the seashore belt of Hebei province presented in this paper, are as folows: adopting measures suitable to local conditions, giving full play to strong potentiality, and overcoming obstacles, applying integrated method to get the best benefit. And therefore four basic principles were given, namly (1) to use soil recourses more compreheusivly and integratedly, (2) to satisfy the marckct demand in various aspects, (3) to make multivariable adaptation to the soil types in order to raise the stability of production and the abilityof resistance to bad circumstances, (4) to improve the soil conditions in various ways so as to continuously rise it's fertility and productivity. A regionalizat-ion of the seashore belt has beeninade, and the belt is bivided into tree rcg ions, (l) the region of forestry,orchard, agricluture, fishery and seeing-si ghts vast from Shanhaiguan pass to the mouth of Lan river with brown earth and fluviogenic and aeolian soils, (2)thc region ofagriculture, ani-maluhsbantry ,and salt fields, stretched along from the mouth of Lau river to the mouth of Jian river withfluviogenic,paddy and saline soils and(3)the region of dry farming, animal husbandry, fishery and salt fields, stretched from Beipai river to Dakou and river with fluviogenic and swamp soils.The ways primary measures of exploitation and utilization arc given for eaah region.
