冬小麦各生育期14C-光合产物的分配与再分配

摘要: 利用示踪同位素碳14研究了冬生长阶段光合产物的分配以及冬后各阶段的连续分配情况.结果表明,光合产物生成后,分配并不停止.在冬后各阶段观察到存在着连续再分配.连续分配中心从地下根系、分蘖节、主茎叶,逐渐向上,直至穗部.然而,除了该中心外,其它器官或组织也能获得一定数量的光合产物.

Abstract: The distribution of photo-synthate at each growing stage and the continual distributions at the following stages were studied with isotope 14-C as tracer. It was shown that when the photo-synthate was formed, the distribution would not stop.Yet, a continual re-distribution at each following stages were observed.the center of continual distribution moved upward gradually from the underground rootsystern, the tillering node, the middle leaf and finally the head. Besides the center, however, other organs or tissues also got a certain amount of the photo- synthate.
