摘要: 栽培环境明显地影响小麦蛋白质含量和蛋白质产量.氮肥的增进效应最大.过量施用磷肥会降低蛋白质含量,但与氮肥保持适当的比例,有利于蛋白质的合成.灌水与磷肥的作用相似.抗旱型小麦品种籽粒蛋白质含量较高.协调栽培环境可实现高产优质的统一.本文提供了氮、磷、水对小麦籽粒蛋白质的定量效应和品种反应的差异,以及性状与蛋白质含量的关系,为组装优质栽培技术提供了试验依据.

Abstract: Cultivated environment greatly affects the content and output of protein in wheat seeds. The increase of nitrogenous fertilizer makes the effect the most obvious; the overquantity of phosphate fertilizer reduces the protein content but it's amount proportional to nitrogenous fertilizer is helpful to the protein synthesis. The water has the same effect as phosphate fertilizer and the drought-resistant wheat seeds contain higher protein. Consequently both high output and fine quality of wheat may be compatively achived by coordinating the cultivated environment.This paper offers the effect of nitrogen, phosphorus and water on the protein content in wheat seeds, the disparity in reaction of wheat varieties, and the relation between characteristics and protein contents. It provides the experimental basis for high-qualitative culture.
