Abstract: According to the published genomic sequences of Porcine circovirus type 2(PCV2),the VP1,VP2 sequence of porcine bocavirus and the UTR of swine Torque teno virus(TTV),the primers were designed and a PCR were set up for the detection of PCV2,PBoV and TTV,respectively.205 samples collected from fields were detected for PCV2,PBoV and TTV by PCR.The multiple pathogens mixed infection were researched by the comparing the diseased and healthy pigs. The results demonstrated that the positive rate of PCV2,PBoV,TTV1 and TTV2 were 56.59%,38.05%,26.83% and 34.63%,respectively.The high co-infection rates were PCV2+PBoV(15.61%) and PCV2+TTV2(16.59%).It indicated that PBoV and TTV2 infections were significantly increased in these regions and the co-infection of different viruses was complicated. It provided a theoretical basis for effectively controlling these diseases.
