Abstract: The objective of this study was to investigate the antinutritional effect of five different China raw soybean cultivars on the intestinal tract in rats. Sixty rats aged (50±2) days were randomly divided into six groups, with each group involved 10 replicates. Test groups were fed on the diets containing raw soybean cuhivars:Jilinxiaoli6, Jilin30, Jilin45, Jinong7, and Fengjiao7607, respectively. Control group diets containing extruded full-fat soybean(EFFS). The whole experiment duration was 30 days, All rats were slaughtered on 30 d. the gut measured length and weight, duodenum central region and jejunum 1/3 and ileum 1/2 were collected to making histological section for light microscope to inspected, respectively. Results showed:The small intestine weight, the small intestine length, the jejunum crypt depth, the jejunum villus height and the jejunum villus height: the jejunum crypt depth of the test groups were significantly (P<0.05) difference compared to the control group. Effect of antinutritional in feeding rats with raw sobean diets is Jilinxiaoli6>Jilin30>Fengjiao7607>Jilin45>Jinong.
