Abstract: the correlation of temporal and spatialdis tribution of colonization of AM fungi round the rhizosphere ofAngelica dahurica and soil factors was analyzed. The result indicates that the good symbiosis between AM fungi and Angelicadahurica were formed. Soil available P had a appositiv correlation with hypha colonizat ion rate and arbuscule colonizatio rate. Soil organic matte had a appositiv effect on hypha colonization rate and total percent colonization. Soil pH va-lue had a significant negative correlation with total percent colonizatio, vesicular percent colonizat io and arbuscule colonizatiorate.

Key words: AM fungi, Spat ial distribution, Soil factors, Angelica dahurica
