Abstract: The cucumber seedling were induced by copolymer of chlorine and potassium ions with 0.2%, 0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5% and 2.0% concentration at stage of cotyledon and the first true leaf, then POD, PPO and PAL activities of the first true leaf were measured. The results showed that they were changed in the activities of POD, PPO and PAL after the plants were induced by different concentration copolymer of chlorine and potassium ions. They increased firstly, and then decreased. After induced 10 days, they were at the peak, and higher than that of control obviously. Meanwhile, the optimum concentrations were 0.5% and 1.0% by the treatment of copolymer of chlorine and potassium ions.
