Abstract: A dissolving phosphate fungi (PSFK) of this laboratory separation and preserved was studied by the research of phosphate}lissolving characteristics and rape potted planting experiment. The results show that PSFK has strong ability of degradation of inorganic phosphorus and obvious promoting effect. After 6 days fermentation in the medium with Ca3 (P04) Z as the sole phosphorus source, soluble phosphorus content reached to 886. 2 mg/L} which is 89. 92 times higher than that of control group. What’s more, available phosphorus content increased 27. 19 mg/kg after 50 days cultivation in soil. PSFK has obvious effect on promoting growth of Brassica chinensis, the adding of 2% PSFK has the best effect on increasing the biological yield and number of leaves significantly. Compared with the single application of nitro fertilizer}fresh weight and dry weight was increased by 32.94% and 29. 37% respectively. PSFK shows evident promoting effect on plant.
