Effect of the Germination and .amylase Activity of Pugionium cornutum(L.)Gaertn. Seeds at Different Temperatures

Abstract: For the sake of achieving the appropriate GA3 concentration of stimulating germination under the con-dition of below different temperatures. Germination parameters and activity of amylas in Pugiouium coruutum(L.)Gaertn seeds were contested at 15,25 and 350C,and provide practical guidance for the before sowing treatment ofseeds.
