Abstract: The objective of the present study is to establish the Mare 45 cell line that stably expresses porcinepo.The total RNA was extracted from porcine alveolar macro-phage (PAM),they were inserted into the eukaryot-is expression vectors.The expression of poFcyRIII on transfected cells was verifiedthrough RTCR resetting test and FCM.The eukaryotic expression vectors were successfully constructed .
