Abstract: Cluster analysis of 70 individuals in C1Ⅱ of E.canadensisiand and E.sibiricus was done through EST and molecular markers. The results showed that the genetic similarity coefficient of 70 individuals varied from 0.4 to 1 by EST,and the genetic similarity coefficient varied from 0.286 0 to 0.991 8 by RAPD.Accoding RAPD and EST markers,C1Ⅱ population can be classified into three groups:one tended to maternal E.canadensisi, the other tended to paternal E.sibiricus, and another was great variabilities.Sampling on 70 individuls in C1Ⅱ population,we can not Sample at random, but proportional sampling must be used, which was beneficial to study C1Ⅱ scientifically and entirely.
