Abstract:
Elymus canadensis, E.sibiricen and their Hybrid F1, F2 were analyzed by using random amplified poly-morphic DNA(RAPD)markers. The results showed that the two parents Elymus canadensis and E. sibiricus had relatively closer relationships. The RAPD bands of the hybrid F1 were mainly mutual supplement RAPD bands of the parents; at the same time, some RAPD bands of the parents were lost, the RAPD types of hybrid F1 showed a tendency toward the maternal type. The RAPD bands of F2 showed that the geneticrelationships between F2 and their parents were almost the same, but it also showed a tendency toward the maternal type a bit. There were differences about RAPD types between parents and their hybrids; RAPD technique cenhe used to identify hybrid and to detect the plantswith object traits.
