Research on the Comparing Different Radix Isatidis Germplasm Resources

Abstract

Abstract: Radix isatidis is the important Chinese medicinal materials for anti virus. In this paper the different germplasm resources of Radix isatidis in China, which are big leaf and little leaf varieties with diplidy and the tetraploidy, are evaluated. We compared the biological characters , seed shape, agricultural characters, molecular evolution and chemical constituents of the three germplasm resources. From these comparings, we concluded that the little leaf Radix isatidis is better than the tetraploidy Radix isatidis , and the tetraploidy is better than the big leaf Radix isatidi.
