Abstract: Four kinds of genetically modified maize genomic DNA were extracted, using specific primers for PCR and multiplex PCR detection in this study. The PCR products were analyzed respectively by ordinary agarose gel electrophoresis and other three kinds of nucleic acid analyzer ABI 3730XL,Shimadzu MultiNA and QIAGEN QIAxcel. The experimental results were compared and summarized the advantages and disadvantages of the detection methods for nucleic acid fragments of different size, which provided an important reference for different analysis requirements.
