Abstract: The genetic relationship of 3 isolates of Poll Dorset F2, Dorper F1, Dorper F2 which are 8 samples was examined using 20 primers by random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD). The result indicated that in 20 primers, 7 primers clearly amplified the varying bands which is easy to distinguish. We altogether get 147 clear bands. the mark total is 35 and the polymorphic mark is 24. The genetic distances between Dorper F1 and Dorper F2 is the smallest, is (0.0809), while the genetic distances between Poll Dorset F2 and Dorper F1 are biggest, is 0.5152.
