The Analyse of Different Sheep Cross Breed by Using RAPD

Abstract

Abstract: The genetic relationship of 3 isolates of Poll Dorset F₂, Dorper F₁, Dorper F₂ which are 8 samples was examined using 20 primers by random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD). The result indicated that in 20 primers, 7 primers clearly amplified the varying bands which is easy to distinguish. We altogether get 147 clear bands. the mark total is 35 and the polymorphic mark is 24. The genetic distances between Dorper F₁ and Dorper F₂ is the smallest, is (0.0809), while the genetic distances between Poll Dorset F₂ and Dorper F₁ are biggest, is 0.5152.
