Abstract: The population used was 69 hybrids derived from the intraspecific cross between peach (Prunus persica (L. ) Batsch) variety "Jingyu" and nectarine variety "flavortop". RAPD fingerprinting technique was used to map nectarine gene(G) and flesh color gene(Y) . Amplified polymorphic DNA fragment OPP20-2200 was linked to G gene with a distance of 5.0 cM, and OPU03-850 was linked to Y gene with a distance of 9.6 cM.
