Abstract: Wheat pollen vitality, proline acid content in anther have been determined and observed pollen surface construction variance through scanning electron microscope after application of CHA“JINAOLIN”in wheat. The results showed that amyl(starch)polymeric ability in wheat anther was significantly reduced;pollen dyeing rate was only 2.78%;anther weight was reduced 65.5%;anther proline acid content was 61.2% compared with ck;pollen surface and germinate aperture were aberration.CHA“JINAOLIN”induced pollen abortion in wheat.
