Abstract:
A HPLC method for the seperation and determination of sulfaquinoxa-line(SQ) in plasma and tissues of animal is reported. This method exhibited very high sensitivity and selectivity. The minimum detectable quantity is1×10-7g with high accuracy. The chromatography fitted with reversed-phasc Zorbax-ODS(Octadecylsilam)column and equipped with a 254 nm UV detecter. The mobile phase was a mixture of methonal. distill water(50/50,v/v) with a flow rate of 1 ml/min. Sulfamethezin was used as a internal standard. According to the regression analysis between drug levels in plasma and SQ contents in tissues, the various regression equations were established and the calculation basis were provided for the indi-rective prediction of drug levels in the tissues.
