柚木嫩枝扦插生根组织解剖学研究

Study on Anatomical Structure of Rhizogenesis Tissues of the Softwood Cutting Propagation for Tectona grandis Linn.

摘要: 以4年生柚木的当年生半木质化嫩枝为材料,在7月下旬,采用不同浓度IBA粉剂处理插穗,进行扦插试验。观察扦插生根的解剖结构,探讨扦插生根与愈伤组织、不定根原始体的关系,及扦插生根的类型、不定根的形成过程等。

Abstract: Tectona grandis L. f. is a kind of defoliated or half-defoliated tall arbor,belonging to Verbenaceae Tectona. In this softwood cuttings propagation experiment the half-lignified twigs of 4-year-old Tectona grandis L. f. were treated with powder in different concentrations in the last ten}lay of July. The anatomical between structure exogenesis hormones of IBA of rhizogenesis tissues of the softwood cutting propagation were cutting woods rooting and callus,primordium of adventitious roots,and to studied,to discuss the relationship study the type and process of adventrtrous roots.
