Abstract: The copper content in stem and leaf of tomato, which cultivated under different low light intensity and low light continuously time condition in spring sunlight greenhouse, were studied in this experiment. The result showed that copper content decrease in stem and leaf of tomato longer than 3 weeks under 50% natural light intensity. The lower light intensity and the longer low light continuously time were, the decrease of copper content was heavier. The low light led to copper content greatly decreased in top leaves of tomato plant, while the influence to bottom leaves was less. The effects of low light to absorption and accumulation of copper in low light resistant line were less.
