摘要: 通过PCR检测,转基因小麦植株均出现474 bp的目的带,说明反义trxs基因已整合到小麦基因组上.经测定在种子萌动过程中转基因种子的α-淀粉酶活性低于未转基因种子,证明该基因能够正常表达,从而使转基因品种具有抗穗发芽的能力.

Abstract: By PCR detection, transgenic plants have 474 by band, so Trxs connected to the wheat genome.
