VA诱导烟草细胞内防御酶系统与TMV抗性的关系

摘要: 本试验采用天然抗病毒剂VA作诱导因子,抗病品种枯斑三生烟和感病品种三生烟经VA诱导处理后第7d(清水处理作对照),在其新生长的叶片上接种TMV(不接种的烟草为对照)。结果表明,VA可以系统诱导枯斑三生烟对TMV产生抗性,其枯斑数抑制率达643%,枯斑大小抑制率为373%;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),过氧化物酶(POD)活性均比对照明显提高,其中接种后48h变化幅度最大;丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化与酶活性变化呈相反趋势。说明VA和TMV共同作用系统诱导枯斑三生烟对TMV产生抗性。

Abstract: VA,a natured anti virus agent from several kinds of plants,was used as an elicitor.On the seventh day after treatment with VA,the newly developed leaf of Nicotiana tabacum L.SamSun NN and SamSun was inoculated with TMV.It was showed that ISR in Nicotiana tabacum L.against TMV was induced by VA.Local lesion inhibition rate was 64 3%,lical lesion diameter inhibition rate was 37 3%.Superoxide dismutase (SOD) and Peroxidase(POD) activities in the newly developed leaf of Nicotiana tabacum L.increased significantly after treatment with VA.The increase rates of the two enzyme activities were the greatest at 48 h after inoculation with TMV.However,the content of MDA reduced after treatment with VA.The results suggest that ISR in tobacco against TMV were induced by VA and TMV together.
