鱼气单胞菌感染症及其病原的检验与分析

Examination and Analysis on the Infection by Aeromona of Fish and Pathogeny

摘要: 对自然发生的草鱼肠炎、白鲢鱼打印病、草鱼烂鳃、鲢鱼白皮病、鲤鱼体表出血感染及甲鱼败血症感染等病例,进行了发病情况及病理变化等方面的检验。同时,取其病变材料做病原检验,表明均由气单胞菌属的细菌所引起。经对80株分离菌鉴定,结果表明嗜水气单胞菌29株(占36.25%)、温和气单胞菌13株(占16.25%)、豚鼠气单胞菌38株(占47.5%),或单独或混合感染引起发病。

Abstract: The paper examined the conditions of diseases and pathological changes of fish to the natural infection of euteritis of grass carp, putting a sed of silver carp, rotting gill of grass carp, albinism of silver carp, haemorrhage of carp body surface infect and septicaemia of soft-shelled turtle infect. In the meantime, pathogeny was examined by using the materials of pathological changes. The result showed that all the infection were caused by Aeromonas. Through identifiying80 strains of isloated bacteria, the result showed A. hydrophila was 29 strains (36.25 per cent), A. sobria was 13 strains (16.25 per cent), A. caviae had38 strains (47.5 per cent), all of the diseases iufeeted by single or more pathogewic bacteria.
