多菌种发酵秸秆饲料的研究

Study on Multistrain Fermentation of Straw Feed

摘要: 以玉米秸秆、青干草为主料,依据微生物互生生态的基本原理,选用了6个菌种混合发酵。接种总量为发酵料的5%,控制发酵温度28~30 ℃,发酵时间5d。发酵后的2种饲料菌体蛋白较对照提高1倍,粗纤维降解15%~17%,且质地风味明显改变,适口性好。

Abstract: According to the foundmentals of mutual ecosystem of microorganism , fermentation of corn straw and hay were carried out using a mixed culture of 6 strins of fungi. The amount of inoculum were 5%. The cell protein in two types of feed increased one time and the cellulose was decomposed to the extent of 15%-17%, after5-day incubation 28-30 ℃. And the products of fermentation have a good quality and taste as an animal feed.
